Collects the second half of Joshua Dysart's 2012 Harbingers run. Issues #15-25 + Harbinger Omegas #1-3 and the Bleedinf Monk one-shot #0

More or less the same thoughts I had an in the first half. It's a great, complex, character-rich world that's been created here.

I also appreciate the pathos of ending the series with

Harada and Peter going head-to-head only to nearly destroy each other, and Peter just deciding to run away and stop being involved in the world.
