Listened to the audiobook, good narration. Did Shirley Jackson just taught me how to appreciate psychological horror?!
(Often I sense horror in daily life, but the familiar normalcy would soon reassure me. at least now I know my feelings did not happen in a vacuum.)

Te opowiadania naprawdę mają coś w sobie. Intrygują, powodują ciarki i dyskomfort, czasami mocniej zastanawiają. A przez klimat Nowego Jorku, dużo z nich kojarzyło mi się ze "Szklanym Kloszem". Tytułowa "Loteria", czyli ostatnie opowiadanie w zbiorze, przeraziło mnie chyba najbardziej.
