Marius is such a fun character, and this book was a great saga of his life, even throughout the events we'd already learned about before.

Look. The book was fine, but Marius is the worst. This whole crew, honestly, my god. Such disasters, every single one. But Marius? The OG Worst.
Christ, I hope Lestat wakes up fr soon. Sick of these losers.

I enjoyed this story a lot, but, surprisingly, it made me dislike Marius. I'm rooting for Bianca to find a girlfriend (although she was probably killed by Akasha). Anyway, can't wait to read this story from Lestat's point of view.

The story of Marius. I liked it. Rice glams up the Roman history and it's kinda cool.
