This has decent background information for some new races that came about with the creation of the Eberron universe. A lot of the historical and psychological traits these newer races have are really fascinating to me. I only wish that there was more information about existing races that have undergone drastic changes within this new universe. For example, the Drow are quite unique in Eberron when compared to something like Forgotten Realms, and having an equal amount of details as to why or how, would have been supremely appreciated. Nonetheless, this wasn't bad. It's enjoyable for folks who are interested in expanding their Eberron repertoire.
