So this was kinda a meandering mess, but the facts of the individual stings were cool and I learned a lot about this side of law enforcement.

It's a pretty fun read. I think I picked it up because art thefts fascinate me after watching Leverage. But of course, it's not quite the way it is portrayed on TV, which he points out. Still, his stories about going undercover and recovering these artifacts are pretty amazing.

I'm on a high-end true crime kick and Priceless did what any good non-fiction book should do. It piqued my curiosity enough to want to read more about art crime and, specifically, the theft of a dozen masterpieces from Boston's Isabella Gardner Museum in 1990.

I liked the subject matter of the book and learning about the author's experience working for the FBI.
