This was such a cute, quirky and silly graphic novel! I really enjoyed this and was laughing throughout this adventure to get the biggest turnip for the Annual Harvest Festival Vegetable Pageant. Three kids from Plum Woods decide to enter this contest and need the help of Alcatoe, the witch. She decides to help them with their request, but their regular turnip ends up being a Turnip Child!! And then they must help Turnip not become part of a feast! This is a perfect book for autumn and for anyone who likes stories full of shenanigans.
