Thoroughly enjoyed this one after I got over my I-don't-like-reading-Arch's-chapters slump. I look forward to reading the graphic novels as soon as I can acquire them!

Frank is one of the nicest authors I've met, and a brilliant writer. I love this series, much more so than I loved Alice in Wonderland. This book has a lot of twists and turns, and surprises. I enjoyed the characters, although they don't grow much in this book (they kind of all ready have grown, so this isn't a bad thing). The attack from both sides was played well, but the end was slightly anticlimatic. I would have liked Alyss to be in more of the fighting, and for the last battle to have taken longer, but otherwise this was a great book.

In this final installment of the Looking Glass Wars Trilogy, all of Wonderland (and Earth) find themselves without imagination after the detonation of WILMA (Weapon of Inconceivable Loss and Massive Annihilation) over the Heart Palace. Queen Alyss and Redd are also suffering the loss of imaginative powers, providing opportunities for those against Imagination to rise and take power. King Arch soon becomes the self-proclaimed King of Wonderland and his staunch supporters, the Clubs, have rounded up Imaginationers from all over Wonderland and placed them into camps for better observation and control. During a recon mission, Dodge Anders and Alyss are unknowingly captured by the Clubs and sent to one of these camps where they meet Mr. Dumphy who warns his imagination is returning. As Alyss and Redd wait for their imaginative powers to return, they become the unlikeliest of cohorts, promising to do what they can to overthrow Arch and live to fight another day.

This was a great story, full of action and suspense. Again I was more interested in Hatter Madigan, but the overall story was good and did the series justice. It was a good end to the trilogy. I am also looking forward to one day reading the Hatter series.

I'm glad to finally be finished with this series. The concept was interesting, but the writing was very poor.

So since it's been a year since I last read book two, Seeing Redd, I had to skim through the last 2-3 chapters from my kindle just for a refresher and so I can know where the end of book two ended. So this started out really good with an excellent prologue leading up to the events of what was happening and how Wonderland was in danger of one of their biggest enemies since Redd Heart. I loved the characters as usual, especially Hatter Madigan who is still awesome and one of the best characters besides Alyss and Dodge. and speaking of the two..... gah!!!!! let's just say I love them so much aaahhh!!!

this last book is more of the characters's lives being at stake including some other enemies (and the people of not just Wonderland but also earth which was interesting), others have tests to face ESPECIALLY with: Hatter, Molly, Dodge, Alyss and even Redd herself (even if she is evil she too is tested). As for the ending, it was decent I guess......okay. I wanted more and with the epilogue/coda was a bit longer at least. But if I had to pick one of my favorites, I'd have to go with book two, Seeing Redd, but over all, I did enjoy these books, they were an interesting twist on an old beloved classic tale, and such fun reads. REALLY DIFFERENT but still fun. And if you like Alice in Wonderland or anything to do with it, then you just might like and enjoy these book. Definitely worth reading and glad I did.

Surprisingly exciting, with the characters being more fleshed out. I liked the ending, as not everything was solved and tied up in a nice little bow. It was realistic. I especially like Molly, although I wasn't satisfied with Dodge. He was a little weak. All in all however, a beautiful ending to the series.

I liked this one most out of the three I believe.. But there is something about the pacing that left me not NEEDING to read it. It's almost like the first book isn't exciting ENOUGH, and the second two are too exciting all the time... so there's never any real suspence. Nonetheless.. the series is a keeper. As a lover of all things Alice, I am happy to have these three Alyss books on my shelf. :)

3.5. Awful ending...bad love story, but some really good parts throughout. It didn't seem fully formulated.

First of all I was disappointed that the book was not as beautifully decorated as the first 2 books.

The true purpose of the Oracles and main plot points were not connected very well as there was nothing in the first 2 books to even give the reader an inklings of what was to happen.

I'm curious to see if this will wrap up the series or will Beddor give us more.
