3.5

2nd in series for Sgt. Marian Larch, now moved to a more dangerous precinct, and faced with a fourfold murder w/political implications, a useless partner, and two FBI men one [of] whom she finds attractive and one arrogant.  Actually I liked the arrogant one better almost from the start, which was perceptive of me.  A fun series.
