Escapism at its finest.

I enjoy the SEAL Brotherhood series. Each book is almost like old home week. You get to touch base with what is going on with each of the guys on the team.

This book started out a little slow for me, but picked up as soon as they were on the ship. You get romantic suspense, excitement, loyalty, a sense of family, love, and a healthy amount of sexiness.

YAY IT IS MARC'S BOOK - Also I apologize for spelling his name Mark in the previous book. PS. I also don't care if I misspelled his name wrong.

Cruisin' For a SEAL was basically a book about trying to find out who the creepy guy was. Every book in this series has one .. and that's why I think this needs a drinking game! Whether it's finding the crazy psychotic character or the words describing the vagina or dick - it's definitely worth a shot of getting tipsy or drunk.

In this book, you will meet Marc and Sophia. Now let's not get confused with Sophie, who you met in the previous book. I liked Sophia for Marc.. but Sophia was something and someone he needed a lot more. It was a bit weird that their names were so similar.. but I was on board from the beginning.

Their chemistry, smut, and romance was amazing. It just sucked that they had so much drama going on between them. Whether it was the whole fact that she was basically engaged and going to meet her finance at the end of this cruise.. or that they were just casually falling in love with one another and the sex they were having.

The other drama was just okay. I didn't really understand the whole snakes, bomb, or the gang threat.. but whatever. I just kind of went with it when random Russian characters popped in. Other than that, I liked the book. Even though it was weird.. I was willing to dive into the next one.

In this book, we got a lot.
SEALs

Family
Suspense
Loyalty
Intrigue
Sadness
Action

Mark Beale is a SEAL with SEAL Team 3 and is so sad since he lost what he thinks was his soul mate. The team is in Italy and they all take a Mediterranean cruise as their vacations with their ladies before they get deployed again. Mark meets Sophia Negri in Italy before he left on the cruise. She speaks no english to him, but their bodies did a lot of talking!! She sees him again on the cruise ship. He finds out a couple of things about her. Is this the woman for Mark to help him forget about the woman he lost? Can Sophia leave the man she is to marry?

I love reading or listening to series. We learn about the characters from earlier books. I am not going to say a word about what I learned since you have to go read this book!

SEAL Brotherhood Book Five

The SEAL boys and their significant others are on a cruise to commemorate the passing of a dear friend. Just before boarding, Mark Beale has a close encounter with a lovely Italian woman. He's afraid he will never see her again, but once he reads her note signed "Sophia" he knows it was fate. Sophia is on her way to meet her fiance while working on the cruise as a dancer. She is shocked to run into Mark, but secretly hopes they can continue their tryst. Meanwhile, there is a plot brewing on the ship and the SEALs have no choice but to get involved.

This vacation turned mission will test the SEALs and the women equally. If you've been waiting to see the boys in action outside of California, this story is a must!

Mark Beale has arrived in Italy for a Mediterranean cruise. He and his team mates have a personal, covert mission. They plan to scatter the ashes of a dear friend without all the bureaucratic red tape. While spending time with his team mates at a local café, his libido kicks in when he sees a stunning woman. When she approaches him and leads him to her apartment, he follows without hesitation.

Their sexual encounter is earth shattering but he only knows her name and has no idea how to find her again. When he finds her on his ship as a dancer, he wonders if fate has stepped in. Is his unrequited love for a team mates late sister guiding him to another love?

Hot SEALs and their sparky wives make for interesting passengers. They go nowhere unarmed and when the ship comes under attack, they are the innocent passengers only line of defence.

Steamy sex, romantic suspense and great characters. Sophie was kind of hard to like at first (no spoilers) but their relationship progresses once she has disentangled herself from a sticky situation. Brilliant subplots with possessive dance partners and arranged marriages!

Marc has a one-night stand with a gorgeous Italian girl named Sophia, the night before he and the rest of the SEAL Team set sail on a cruise ship with their significant others. Sophia turns out to be engaged and half-American. While fighting their growing attraction, little do they know that Terrorists are on board and about to wreak havoc with their plans to relax and enjoy. This book was filled with heart-stopping action and romance. Yet another great addition to this wonderful series!

Some very corny phrases in this one, if the next one is like this, I’ll probably not finish the series.

Decent, but too much confusion with Sophie and Sophia. Kept forgetting who was who.

Story was a bit to unbelievable for me.
