A typical Rick book, great characters, funny quips, mythology mixed seamlessly with the modern world, all the usual stuff I like about Rick's books.
But under all the world-building, and humour the plot suffers, and more so than the average Rick book.
Did I like it? Absolutely.
Is the ending good? Not so much.

Better than the first book imo but kinda predictable
Also the magic system is a bit weird but I loved the new characters like Bes and Walt <3
oh and ra is annoying
