I've loved it. It's probably because of the Netflix movie (with the same name, please, check it out), which I've watched 3 times already and I'll do it again soon. By reading the book, I got the depth, I was missing from the film. I feel some closure, even if their story just began.
It was a slow burn - brother's best friend - (reverse) age gap book with a little miscommunication (I'll let that slide) and zero smut, but I liked it. I've highlighted a lot of stuff, which was a surprise.
The only downside here was a little "I'm not like other girls" shade happening with the younger girls. She was explaining it as she outgrown it, but still... it was bothering me. It was just for a split second, just for one scene, even one sentence but I still think about it. It was more like judging, tbh. I'm trying to not be too hard on her.
