This was obviously a quick read. But it was a powerful one. I miss my creativity. I miss creating. Even slowing down from work doesn't spark anything.

This was a good kick in the pants.

Lovely, as per usual, coming from such brilliant writer and such wonderful illustrator. A pocket of helpful wisdom, motivation and inspiration.

This is an excellent quick read to inspire you to pick up a book or pencil and get creative! Gaiman's wise insights are eloquently stated and adeptly illustrated by Chris Riddell.

My favourite part about this book was the art!! The art fit each quote and page perfectly and I love Chris Riddell's illustration style so damn much!! Unfortunately the quotes didn't do much for me but I can see how meaningful they might be for someone else.

It was an inspiring read for me as I am an artist.

Would probably read this again sometime when I am lacking inspiration for art.
