This was a fun read, that manages to do that thing good travel writing does where you don't quite question that so much of what was said between the two men doing the cycling appears to have been preserved as detailed quotes. Still, the journey sounds fantastic, their mishaps are presented with just the right balance of humour and urgency, and I thoroughly approve of their ceremonial ditching of the left over spokes at the end
