Oh do I love a book about young, suffering kids trying to find their place, purpose and worth in a world they feel like is against them. Ponyboy's narrative was hilarious and captivating; I want to know Sodapop in real life; I want to give Darryl a big old hug. The amount of depth to the Greasers' relationships with each other was extraordinarily constructed. I would have liked this novel to go on for a little longer, a liiiitle longer. I couldn't put it down and I reckon I'm going to have to re read it one day!
