Motivation is like bathing - it doesn't last, so you have to do it daily. This was an ok audiobook to be my daily mitivaton.

None of the ideas seem new. Book started off strong and then evidence of lazy research started kicking in, for example their use of the McDonald's coffee lawsuit. Near the end of the book started providing advice about health they are not qualified to give. Another chapter gave very obvious homophobic views in a whole chapter about how marriage should be between an man an  women. Weird advice on how to avoid the opposite gender every opportunity possible once married, and how kids are a couples highest calling. I went in expecting a productivity book and ended up wondering if this is intended for Mormons

3 it had some amazing advice and actions (I didn't do them). It was a bit too long.

This is an amazing book. Great content, relevant to everyone - has great exercises in each chapter too. I didn’t expect to love it this much to be honest so I’m impressed

Got through most of it and some advice is good and thought provoking but then dude started leaning into doing everything in your life to please your boss and move higher up the corporate ladder to simply “double your income” and it started to feel really icky. So did some research and this guy not only hasn’t been in the workforce since the 80s, but he’s also part of the heritage foundation. This book was a recommendation but shame on me for wasting my own time :)

Admittedly, I don't read this type of book that often, so I can't speak to how this stacks up against other titles on this topic. I've noticed a lot of reviews that mention it's kind of derivative, but I can't really be a judge of that.

I liked it. Most of the advice was helpful, and the audio version was engaging. My only complaint was with the health/nutrition part, as much of that advice was oversimplified and anecdotal. Otherwise, it was motivational, and the exercises gave me a lot of food for thought.
