Like the adaptation of Heir to the Empire, there's a choppiness to the narrative that is likely a consequence of paring down a much richer story.

Confusing.

I like the art in this one best of the Thrawn Trilogy.

Disney rewriting the canon and making just about everything in this (beside the existence of Thrawn) non-canon kind of takes away from the story. Also, probably because it's adapted from a long-ass novel, it's very dialogue heavy and the illustrations almost feel like an afterthought. So basically, it's ok.
