DNF at about 55%.

I had surgery yesterday. I'm trying to read this but I just can't focus. I also don't care for any of the characters. Maybe that's because this is actually part of a wider series, but it's erotica and I don't expect there to be a lot of, uh... character development, if you will.

For once I'd love to read an erotica series that doesn't involved incredible wealth as being one of the components.

It's alright. The writing is quite good and it felt less ridiculous than [b:The Juliette Society|17819467|The Juliette Society (The Juliette Society, #1)|Sasha Grey|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1366088324l/17819467._SY75_.jpg|24924537], but the problems feel so much more shallow.

Thanks Netgalley for a copy to read and review!

This was a real good story about a couple immersed in the BDSM lifestyle. I enjoyed many of the scenes and scenarios between Abby and her husband Nathaniel. Nathaniel played as master well but the author shows a sensitive side to the alpha too. Smooth flowing story and I enjoyed both characters. Coles story looks next and it looks just as good! Four stars of entertainment!

Happy to see things work out

More like 3.5. I was somewhat over all the "how to" portions. This one had be in a tizzy! You know an author writes believable characters when I'm so emotionally involved in the possible demise of their HEA.

I love Abby and Nathaniel's relationship. The way that they're just so in tune with each other and Nathaniel goes so far to be sure all of Abby's needs are met, just makes my heart melt.

However, he did fuck up big time at the courtyard party thing with the stunt he pulled. He shouldn't have let his anger judge his course of action that much. But, his speech did really make it a bit better.

I liked how this book has the POV's of both characters. It really gets you to understand what the characters are thinking and why they go about doing what they did.

This was a quick read, but it was really good. I enjoy any story with Abby and Nathaniel and I like that they continue to be more like a realistic couple. Obviously continuing the lovely series.

I am a fan of Tara Sue Me. I love Nathaniel and Abby, but this book was a little stale for me. The issue dealt with in the book is a real one and it was dealt with honestly. It still came across as a little stale for me.
