I loved this book! Not only does it represent Hanukkah, but it shows that new dogs (especially rescue pets!) need a lot of patience and understanding while they are learning the rules of their new home. Since the book is written from the perspective of the dog, it lends itself very well to sympathizing with the animal, who is just so happy to be out of the shelter!

This book was a cute story about Hanukkah, and a dog celebrating it with a new family.

A very cute Hanukkah story about a stray getting used to his new family. There are slips along the way for him, but it's endearing at every turn.

My mom got our family this book for a Hanukkah and we really enjoyed it. So much fun and very cute.

Anyone who thought I wouldn't be interested in a Chanukah book after Chanukah ended was very wrong.
