Aaaaaaahhhhhh that got scurry.

I read it immediately after Horror at Red Hook, which I think was a good move. This is definitely one of the better modern Lovecraftian stories. I'll be reading more LaValle.

Interesting story. Leaves a lot to the imagination. The ending leaves a lot to be desired.

I wanted to read this for a long time and it was a let-down. This book was odd and not in a good way. Everyone was horrible and that was that. The “plot” was nothing. It was ridiculous. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that this was a short book.
