Disturbing, yes.
I love the style that it’s written in – first, there is Audrey’s story. What she thinks is going on; what she suspects, and how she feels. Then, there’s what is really going on, as told by her husband, Patrick.
R.F. Whittaker is one to keep your eyes out for – I’m glad I had more than one book ready to read, because I wasn’t ready to stop after just one!
