Excellent continuation of Niobe's story. A bit darker but wonderful. Some of the inking(?) of some of the script should be darker though.

The first series “She is Life” was not available at my local comic shop. As a result, although I love the diverse fantasy world, I’m left a little confused. But I’m glad I picked it up; it’s refreshing to read fantasy that isn’t just Tolkien all over again.

I’ll have to get a copy of the first graphic novel. Once I’ve read that I’ll probably re-read this and adjust the rating accordingly.

i should go back and read she is life but i do have a better grasp on the story in this one than i did before.

also, i love how niobe actually really looks more like amandla without hair than with it.
