Esther Anne has always been a noble woman. So when a demon frames her for the murder of her husband, the kingdom is shocked. No one suspects Princess Noelle, the girl with a perfect face but a demon in her heart. Threatened by Esther Anne’s purity, she does everything she can to get the Queen killed, and this leads to an epic showdown involving humans, demons, and fairies.
This story had so many ups and downs, I’m not sure where to begin. I love how the character of Esther Anne is portrayed, an innocent woman who just wants to do what’s right even if it means sacrificing herself to do so. In the end, it’s that innocence that saves her though it does get her into a heap of a lot more trouble when it comes to her fate with Damien. I’m looking forward to the next installment in the series to see how her wits get her out of her dilemma.
