It was ok. Sheriff falls for the daughter of the man who kidnapped his sister when she was young. I think I’ll keep reading the series but I liked some of her other books much better. Honest rating was probably 3✨

Catherine Cowles just has a way to make you fall in love with a story so quickly. The story of Everly and Hayes is a story of trust, vulnerability and some good ole sexual tension. I love that they became friends first and just fell into their relationship. There was no miscommunication which I loved, and I love how mature they are with moving forward. It’s as simple as saying I care about you and I’m not leaving you. A beautiful story that I can’t wait to read the next part of!

AMAZING !! I absolutely loved this book!! This is the first book in the "Tattered Stars" series by Catherine Cowles and I am just still in shock of how good it is! What a memorable heart-wrenching and heartwarming suspense romance story. I felt so connected to the characters and could not stop reading. If you love small town, enemies to lovers then this one is for you! I can't wait to read the next in the series!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
