I read volume one through six. The series has up to volume 8. So far I felt driven to finish the story. The story of two children who want to live as the gender of each other is captivating. The author did a great job of showing the delicate thoughts and feelings of the children. The only part that I am dissatisfied with is some sexual violence that is overlooked as if it is not a big deal. It might be a reflection of the fact the children do not know how to handle the situation well.
