I still feel like the last issue could have been the conclusion (I was confused for a few moments there). But this issue is the start of a newish plot. I think we all saw the betrayal looming on the horizon, but that doesn't reduce the impact any.

Almost gave up after the first issue. Stayed for the world building, which was fairly not bad. The last issue completely torpedoed any good will.
