Hilarious and oh so true. Any girl with more than a few stray hairs can easily relate. Comforting to know we are just NORMAL.

A funny, quick read. Decent value for your Kindle Single investment. Many (all?) women would appreciate this book, where she breaks the silence of the ongoing efforts women put forth to stay hair-less.

This was really funny! I keep recommending it to my friends. It's an interesting conversation starter / topic.

I enjoyed this short but relatable read. Even with the body-positive notes, though, I was primarily just left with the intense urge to go inspect my own face very closely in the mirror.

Very good book (essay?) rec to me by my sister. Funny, interesting and comforting too. Provides a unique perspective on female grooming I think lots of women should read this book. Maybe all women...

Bless her for writing this. It was so good to read about someone struggling with body hair issues. I do have PCOS and there is no cure and the treatments to help my hormonal imbalances thus far (several years) have not helped my hair problem. I struggle with feeling like "who gives a crap?" And "what should I care what people think of my face hair?" But still being completely unable to face.. having that much hair on my face when in public. She doesn't have a quick answer, but sometimes it's just good to know you're not alone.

Not really what I expected, but then what does one expect from a book about facial hair?!

I had been wanting to read this story for a long while. It had been staring at me in my amazon wish list for so long that I decided to finally purchase it and give it a try. I'm so happy I did! What a funny, true account of hair. As women, we are expected to conform in certain ways even if our beauty does not fit the narrow definition provided to us. It is so silly to be so extremely paranoid about our hair, and then on top of that, to be so judgmental of other people's hair! Everyone has hair! Some have more than others, but that is true when speaking of all characteristics, right? I just loved this story and I think it has a lot to offer. Give it a try!
