What a really delightful short story. The story of a person who lives life the 'wrong way'. At times humorous at times tragic. Such an imaginative premise and a sweet story.

I'm sure this was quite remarkable when first published. I wish I had read this before having seen the movie years ago, but because they are quite different, it was still enjoyable.
