I think this was my favorite of the series.
Quotes I liked (and yes they are probably are paraphrased):
"God bless the seeker."
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story."

After the disappointment of Love & Luck, Love & Olives was certainly a wonderful reading and it lived up to my expectations after Love & Gelato.
I think I dare to say that I even enjoyed this final instalment more than the first book of this trilogy! It had everything that fascinates me: Greece, mythology, and volcanology; additionally, I read this while on holidays, so it was a perfect pool companion.
More than the expected fluff and friendship, this book also dabbed into more serious themes like parental abandonment and mental illness. This book felt a little heavier because of that, but the end was very beautiful and satisfactory.

jenna evans welch does it again. i loved the development of olive's relationship with her family. the romance with theo was a little too forward and formulaic but i enjoyed their friendship dynamic a lot. also these books are kind of immune to my usual rating system lol

Cute story. I liked living vicariously through the eyes of a teenager and being back on the island of Santorini. The story of Atlantis is super interesting and I want to learn more about it.
