Snow lands on top?
NO! He lands on me!
Solid 4,3 ⭐️, and yes, i let it have the 5 star due to the book getting rated 3 ⭐️ here.

I came here open-minded, and almost rooting for the main character til the end. It’s like another different story in a parallel universe of this, and i believe that in another world, it could have had a better ending

I don’t know if it is the state of the world, or the unlikeable protagonist, but I did not enjoy this book like I did the original trilogy. It was pretty well written, albeit wayyyy longer than needed and oddly paced, but terribly depressing. Insight into Snow? I guess, but not compelling enough to merit an entire (long) novel. Overall it feels like an attempt to milk the popularity of the series for one last time, which I suppose it achieved.

That was incredibly messed up... somehow even more so than I predicted. Holy heck, I'm just in shock right now. This book was incredibly good, yet so utterly disturbing, but I honestly couldn't expect anything else. I do think the ending felt a little rushed and unrealistic, maybe a bit for shock factor, but I still was just fascinated by the whole story. The audiobook was... interesting for sure lol, and I loved reading it with my sister! I'm afraid/excited for the movie and will forever be upset but in a good way about this!

The Privilege and Audacity of Snow the entire book is on point I love it. I loved reading from a narrative of just a manipulative and bad person who doesn't realize he is one. Its so interesting. I have essays to write about this book.
