Leuk boek waarin interessante weetjes heel leuk worden verklaard. Voor de liefhebbers van het programma QI, gepresenteerd door Stephen Fry. Ook de stukjes conversatie tussendoor zijn best wel grappig om te lezen :D.

I enjoyed this book (as I enjoy the series that was inspired it) and I spent a lot of my reading time saying "huh, that's interesting!" It bothers me that so much of what we "know" is wrong though.

Always interesting. The little bits at the end of the chapter of the authors having fake, silly conversations were mostly annoying. Easily skipped in a print addition, I was stuck listening to it on audio. Maybe it was the narrator, having him do that didn't seem to fit. The narration of the rest was fine and the actual informational entries were great.

If you like QI, or the QI Elves' own spin-off podcast "No Such Thing as a Fish" then this book will easily keep you entertained, whether you sit down and consume it in one go or choose to dip in and out and sample it in small morsels.

Very similar to the first book. The idea wears thin after a while but was still interesting enough to get me through. I think I'll wait a while before I read the animal edition.
