Good book, with many twists and turns regarding Amy and Dan's dad, the location of the hostages, and the Guardian.

 Poor Atticus...

The last Guardian. But what does it mean? When he is kidnapped by the Vespers, Amy, Dan and Jake have to scramble after them. All the while following (or pretending to follow) Vesper One's instructions.

And is AJT their father, mysteriously back from the dead?

They really got into this whole mess without any really information, surrounded by enemies they can't even see. FFS

The ending of this book foreshadows the action and drama to take place and I, for one, can not wait to read it.
