This was short and sweet. A nice story. As per the previous book, there is fear that being gay will impact the ability to have a professional hockey career with the NHL which results in the characters hiding their sexuality.

The setting is a hockey clinic where Jochen and Rebel are spending the summer coaching kids. After discovering they are both gay, they agree on a summer romance, no strings attached. But feelings start to be involved and they have to face the ramifications when their relationship is discovered.

Story of Johan, who made a very brief appearance in the previous book, and Rebel, helping at a hockey sumer camp and finding each other. Whilst the story flowed like the others I didnt get into these 2 characters the same as the others in the previous books - maybe they were too nice for me! Still, a good, enjoyable short story with lots packed in.

I loved Jochen and Rebel. It was great to have these 2 meet outside of their usual circumstances (playing hockey on their respective teams) and be able to put aside prejudices and become friends. Great story.
