Abbie and her stepbrother, Brett, have the house to themselves whilst their parents are on holiday but instead of 3 weeks of freedom Abbie is being targeted. A vehicle tried to run her down, her bedroom gets trashed, threatening notes and phone messages. Someone wants to hurt Abbie, who is it? And who can she trust?
A fun mystery with lots of suspects, who is hunting he? Is it Joey, who is obsessed, with photos of Abbie all over his bedroom walls and in his locker, Clif, her crush who suddenly takes an interest in her, her best friend Taylor who finds her addiction to healthy foods stupid and thinks she has the perfect life or someone she doesn’t know!
As Abbie starts to feel more trapped and scared she realises she has to find who it is before they kill her.
The total Point Horror tropes of absent parents, weird friends and unlikely scenarios are here of course but Abbie’s fear of cancer and fanaticism about bad foods is new and weird! Not my favourite Point Horror as I’m sure the stalker theme has been done better but it was fun!

Considering who the perpetrator was and the closeness they managed I'm surprised he didn't try and poison Abbbie through her health food stuff as she's the only one that eats it.

I enjoyed reading this book. Abbie is likeable enough and not a complete moron. She tries to work out who is behind the attacks and her actions make sense (most of the time).
The main let down was the flimsy motive of the antagonist and the obvious red herring.

Abbie has a fan. Someone who is just crazy for her. Crazy enough to kill?
This was a fun and suspenseful read! I enjoyed the characters and how the story played out. There were a few suspects that kept me guessing until the end.
