Flappers and fortune-tellers, supernatural to secret spirits. For forty-six pages, Bray has achieved more than many writers can achieve in hundreds of pages:
-a clearly defined, multi-dimensional protagonist
-a solid plot
-an interesting, original story
-a well-seasoned cast of minor characters
-some beautiful language and good descriptions
-a thoughtfully established setting
