This is not a self-help book. If you set your expectation like that, you'll surely enjoy reading this.

First of all, I didn't know who Arden Rose is. I didn't know she's a YouTube star, etc. which is actually a good thing because that means every word out of this book is all new to me. It felt like hearing casual coming-of-age stories from a funny stranger.

It's a light read and I think it's what Arden really aimed for. When some parts start to feel heavy or too serious, she would instantly flag herself and be hilariously honest about it. Her pieces of advice are just mostly backed up by her own experiences that's why it's so easy to take them. Nevertheless, she was still able to highlight the importance of professional help.

I love this book. I love how encouraging and comforting it is. I'll gladly take it as a companion whenever I feel like adulting will be the death of me.

A very good self-help book. Enjoyed it and it gave me different views on different topics the author talked about. Some very funny chapters.

This was so good. One chapter I skipped a bit of because it was just long. I loved this book so much. I would recommend it with caution. Some of the things in this book I want to use in my life. This book showed me another side of disorders and another side to life.

Awww, I remember when I was in my 20's and thought all of my douchey pretentious thoughts should be shouted to the world, too.

It's adorable, really.

There's nothing fresh here, or original, or inspirational. There's nothing here you won't see a million times on inspirational and motivational social media accounts. Apparently she's also a Youtuber, I checked her channel and....well, at least she's not Tana 'Mojo', so there's that.

Seriously, who approved this?

i loved how relatable this book is! it also included really helpful tips to live by when you go to live on your own and start a new independent chapter. however, it was kind of boring and read like a lot of books by youtubers. the thing that i really didn't like about the style of writing was how arden kept referring to events from her past. i wanted to read a self help book, not a memoir. i think this is what made the book so boring because i was looking for something else to read. i'm sure anyone who's watched arden will enjoy this book, but i liked it in a different sense than what it was meant to portray.

Meh, mislila sam da je više kao slikovnica, ali zapravo više dođe kao njen dnevnik. Ništa posebno, davila je na par mesta sa prilično opštim savetima i to bi bilo to.
