DNF at 25%. I really didn't enjoy the writing style and the FMC was a bit much for me. I also don't believe any of the sibling relationships are real, it was a bit too lovey dovey for me.

Ace and Stella's story was sweet and cute, well once we got through all of the grumpiness. Stella is down to Earth and Ace is grumpy and likes to come off as stand-offish. Stella is constantly having little mishaps like running down the hallway, tripping and running into Ace. But she is the perfect offset or balance to Ace. The one thing that Ace doesn't know is that she has had a crush on him since she was a teenager.

Ace is Stella's brother, Damon, best friend. He is an architect and is determined to make his company Windsor Architects a success. He is in the middle of a merger with her brother so Damon asked her to spy to see if they are missing anything and reluctantly she does. Until she is caught and ends up telling Ace everything.

I laughed so hard in some places of this book and I have to say that it was really enjoyable. This was one of the cutest books I have read this year so far. Like any relationship Ace and Stella have their ups and downs but they are great together. I laughed at the gift that Ace gives Stella at the end. This book is worth the read and I can't give anything away from the ending you just have to check it out for yourself.

Ugh. This book was not great. It had some serious pace issues. And 3 POV? Why?? Why do we need to know things from the FMC brothers post of view. It wanted to be cute. It wasn't. It wanted to be funny, nope not so much. It just had no story. None! The last 15%I just skimmed cause I hate to DNF but ugh.

Love a dual pov but I feel like there was a huge section of the MMC pov missing in the first 20% that denied us of context so it went from nothing to sounding like a walking sexual harrassment/ HR nightmare in a hot second

Not a bad listen as audiobooks go

cute love story

I loved the story between the main characters. The brother almost ruined this for me though. He is absolutely not the best brother ever or a great friend. Not sure how everyone was ok with him. I had to push through to find out what happened to the love birds but wish someone gave Damon back what he kept dishing out.
