Exhale

I didn’t realize this book is a feeder and bleeds into Mud Vain. So if you love Mud Vain you will enjoy this. We all have our demons some of us just never let them out to play. Margo was like a mom that doesn’t supervise her kids when it came to her demons. She just let them run wild and free, bet that feels good.

Jedna z najbardziej niepokojących książek jaką miałam okazję czytać. Dobra, nawet bardzo dobra, ale rzucająca się na głowę.

This was interesting to read and Tarryn Fisher has such an interesting ability with the craft. While the ending wasn't perfect, the way the story took me, both with pacing and just the elements in it, were fantastic.

I have to wonder if 2018 Amber would have loved this and I am kicking myself for waiting to read it.

I truly do no know how I feel about this one.
There was about 2 chapters that I loooovveeded.. And the rest was meh. And a bit confusing.
However, I still absolutely love Tarryn's writing. You want to keep reading, to know what is going to happen next.

Much darker than her previous books. Still not quite sure what to make of the ending.

3.5 stars. The book is very interesting and takes a different turn than you expect it to, but even with this plot twist it gets boring after a while. The ending I don't love because I'm still not sure if Judah is real or not. I completely understand thats part of the appeal, that you never know whats real and wahts not, but I feel like I expected something more like "Don't Breathe a Word" by Jennifer McMahon.
