Definitely interesting, but apparently I don't really know my breads, since I couldn't tell what many of these were. Not real likely I'll be making any of these recipes, due to all the different flours and meals needed. But interesting nevertheless.

I'll start by saying that I really wanted to love this book. I'd say that I'm a pretty experienced baker and have tried a couple of gluten-free, vegan breads that turned out great.

I purchased the edited version with updated baking times and have tried 3 recipes that were okay and the flavour was definitely there but the crusts were way too thick and crunchy and the insides weren't cooked through well enough for my liking.
