This was such a warm and welcome addition to the book (I Wish You All The Best). It didn't feel forced. Rather, it was a cozy and heartwarming addition to the story for those who wanted to spend just a little more time with the wonderful characters.

This is a wonderful addition to Ben's story. I loved the glimpse into Ben's life and character development following I Wish You All the Best.

Deaver creates a perfect balance between warm holiday feelings and a dose of holiday anxiety in this follow-up story. I really appreciate how Ben's anxiety is represented throughout this story. Their anxiety continuously gets the better of them, and they reflect often on how they know their anxiety lies to them but that this knowledge doesn't help much. Highly recommended if you've read I Wish You All The Best (and not recommended if you have not read the first book).
