Didn't finish it. I was expecting something powerful and life-changing, and it's a collection of random assertions with no basis or explanations. Also very essentialist : women are like this, women feel like that, women are defined by their ability to have children. How this book can be considered as a feminist must read is beyond me.

I enjoyed some parts and thought it was at times insightful. But I'm wary of books that tell women they have to be a certain way. Just let women be whatever/however they want.

I don’t believe in torturing myself. The introduction was sooo long and it just rambled. I eventually skipped it and got to the first chapter and I was no more interested in it.
