This one drags a bit, going over in detail what was established in the previous books about how time travel works, but the author really lost me when he mis-interpreted Hamlet's "to be or not to be" monologue to fit his narrative. I can't fathom why the author included it at all. He breaks away from his own characters just to explain Hamlet (wrongly) and it was very jarring.

I strongly believe that we must not allow the death of a person to be the cause of unhappiness. The reason for that is simple: if we let everyone who dies be a cause for unhappiness, that would mean people are being born to become unhappy. But the opposite in fact is true. People are always born for the sake of happiness.

Magnificent!

Full disclosure. This fell just shy of a 5 star read for me. But this series is still a keeper. Absolutely highly recommend.

Again, individual stories are told but are masterfully woven together. I felt some of the characters were a bit more difficult for me to connect with than the previous two books, but overall the stories and how they connected was good as usual.

Wicked twist at the end that made me cry. And I was kind of mad. But life is life and it often plays out different than you want. This series definitely reminds us of that but also offers slivers of hope. So the ending made sense in that vein. Still mad though LOL
