Overall it was a good book. It was a little long and it was easy to not pick it up. I prefer a book I don’t want to put down or can’t wait to get back to. The ending - stunk for me.

I hate to give this rating- because I try not to!
But I just couldn’t finish book 1.
Maybe I will try and pick it up again later down the road. But just right now it’s a no for me.

This plot was all over the place. Boring, redundant, slow, and then absolute whiplash at the end that didn’t seem to go with the flow of the story. I just couldn’t get behind it, so many better options out there.

I originally was gonna give it 4 stars but that’s too high. My friend begged me to read this and I’m still mad with her about it.

I loved this book. It was written the way I would imagine a 17 year old would write, which fit the story. I found myself sobbing at the end. Definitely an emotional roller coaster that took me back to my years in high school, experiencing my first heart break, being naive etc. Looking forward to finishing the second book in this series
