An interesting read, with fantastic writing and brilliant use of multimedia to capture different POVs.
There is much to be said about the story itself but I find myself, much like the women in the book, without words.
Privileged to say I have more rights than the women of that time, but heartbroken to admit, many of their experiences all too familiar. The author did a wonderful job at exploring those experiences and the reactions and behaviours in response to said experiences.
Though not the ending I expected, a sweet one nonetheless.
Truly I cannot put into words my thoughts and feelings of this story. I certainly can't do it justice. Very very well written!
