Ahhhhhhhhh this book is so cool! Really brief biographies of influential musicians that the average 15-year-old hasn't heard of, including some suggested listening, and 2 CDs. But the illustrations, OH the illustrations! They are huge, gorgeous portraits, and I want to cut them all out and hang them in my apartment. Loved the design, too.

WONDERFUL kids' book by one of the masters. The two CDs have great child-appeal as well as adult-appeal.
