The book studies four women in the Bible who are anonymous in the sense, we do not know their names. The first woman: Judged was the woman who anointed Jesus. Hurting was the woman with the issue of blood and touched Jesus' hem. Ordinary is the woman at the well. Shame was the woman brought by the Pharisees for committing adultery.
There are parts that are a bit repetitious, but in doing so it helps to see the verse differently or think of different things about the verse.
The book is broken up by weeks (6) and by days (5), so the study isn't overwhelming. The last week was my favorite. It recaps on the four women, but also discusses Jesus and our relationship(s) with Him and others. It ends on an uplifting note with encouragement for women.
