Margaret Sanger is a blatant racist - unapologetic and it freaks me out, but for the time she has a way of explaining the ways of the body and its workings incredibily clearly. She warns about venereal disease, about wearing corsets during pregnancy and she is very harsh about masturbation - which is such a strange thing within these essays. Another book read as research - would only recommend it as such.
