Good ol’ Poirot. Doesn’t even have to leave his chair.
Mr. Davenheim goes out to mail a letter and never returns. His staff is surprised because he was anticipating an appointment, who arrived and then left when he didn't return. Mr. Davenheim's clothes were found in the boathouse. There are several suspects, mainly the appointee.

Listening to a short story because I'm hopelessly behind in my reading challenge and trying to get less hopelessly behind! lol I like this- for a short story, there were enough twists to keep it interesting and surprising. Well done- but then, this is AGATHA CHRISTIE, so how could it be anything less? :)
