I don't mind long books but this one really dragged and took a lot to finish it. It's a shame really I like the story 3 sexy cowboys and 1 very lucky women but the relationship was at time sickly sweet and very long winded scenes. I do feel this book could be reduce a lot to make it more reader friendly. I might try another in series cos I did enjoy the friend/family's in the book. Just wish it was a lot shorter.

I liked it, it focused very heavily on 'sexy time' but the story itself was still good. The only thing i would say is that the engagement was super fast (like a week) which just seemed a little odd. Loved all the supporting characters as well.

I was looking for a good series (I am a big time series junkie and will hunt for one when I'm in a rut), a diversion to cleanse my pallet after a few duds and I came upon this in my recommended reads. (Well actually it recommended book 12 but I went back to the beginning).

Meet Grace, shy, issues with self esteem and living with an asshat of a boyfriend. She knows she deserves something better but isn't brave enough to make the bold move. When Jack's mom Rose Marie passes away it's Grace who helps him shop for a suit and offers him a shoulder to cry on. After an embarrassing interaction in the dressing room of Stigall's department store Grace wonders if she shouldn't heed Rose Marie's constant advice to "seize the day" finally kick out her loser leach of a boyfriend and reach for greener pastures.

At Jack's mom's funeral she meets Adam and Ethan, Jack's best friends, cousins, and the two men with whom he is seeking to have a menage relationship with, they've all set their cap towards Grace, and know this is all likely very confusing for her and that slow and steady will win the race. I think Rose Marie had been working on this relationship for a long time, and sadly it took her passing for her son, Grace and the others to finally realize that life is short and precious and shouldn't be wasted.

With their help Grace gives the aforementioned asshat the boot and embarks on her new life. Sure they may set some tongues in Divine a-wagging but true love it true love, and each of these men bring something to the table that Grace needs and together they can make her life full and happy and complete.

The development of each of the individual relationships is just as important as the group dynamic, and these men take the concept of love, respect and woo to a whole new level.

Heather has created a deep, broad and complex sweet southern town. I was happy to have taken that turn of the interstate and spent the next few weeks lost in Divine enjoying every last story she told and can't wait for more!

Delicious.
It's the only way to describe it.
Also: Hot, steamy, and WOW.

A slower build-up than what I'm used to, especially for this sort of series, but it was GOOD. Menage Everlasting has a permanent customer in me, as a whole, I think.

Grace needs to take out the trash, and 3 really hot men help her do it, in the best way possible. When straight-line winds mess up her house, they offer her a place to stay.

They have plans for her, sweet, spoiling, beautiful plans.

Seriously, if EVERY person could love each other even just a smidgeon as much as these men love their women, the world would be a much more beautiful and happy place to live.

This was a different change of the Menage Category, not so much of dominants but more of a protectoring aspect.

Talk about an epic story, you are pulled in from the beginning with a very very shy Grace whose nuclear relationship with her boyfirned has caused her a lot of self esteem issues.

Jack Warner has been smitten with her for two years, making excuses to see her at the shop she works at. When Grace makes an unexpected move that introduces her to Ethan, Jack's roommate something is unleashed within her. Within days she meets Adam whose piercing gaze and calming manner ignites a long awaited rapture that has the rose colored glasses removed and Grace making some "house cleaning" decisions about her life.

Jack, Ethan, and Adam are all head over heels in love with Grace, she has an innocent quality but at the same time a little minx inside who is anxiously trying to get out. The story takes you through their journey as a couple and Grace's unveiling of a secure, confident woman.

Thought this was wonderful, I really regret not having picked this up sooner.

Reread 10/29 On second read a four star, but will leave it with my original rating. A good story, has a couple things that wore on me but I think it was because I was familiar with the story.

There was far more telling in this book than any showing through actions or deeds. I wanted better pacing. I wanted the relationship between the heroine and her former boyfriend to crescendo and it never did. wanted a black moment when all hope was lost, save a glimmer and even the violent "confrontation" scene just didn't provide what I was hoping for. They say when you're writing a novel that you should keep throwing hardships (believable ones) at your hero(es) and heroine. I didn't get them and was disappointed.

What I did like was the gentle treatment of a plus-sized heroine. It was well-woven into the threads of the story and watching her grow into the person she could become was pleasant. She was a compassionate soul that I found a great deal of sympathy for and could identify with in many instances. The heroes too were men that I might have wanted to get to know. Working men. Not the idle rich. Genuine, with heart that showed up well and often throughout the entire story.

But the overly lengthy, very repetitive dialogue was hard to read and the story meandered for very much that I found myself skimming it a great deal. As for the sexual descriptions? While some were certainly arousing, most had far more talk between participants than I enjoyed.
