Probably my favourite anthology to date! The perfect mix of thriller, horror, mystery, suspense, and reflective narration. The social commentary was nuanced and doesn't try to hit you over the head. Great if you're looking for LGBTQ+ rep, and if you're looking for a new fave author. Lots of BIPOC rep as well.

4 stars:

A unique book of tales, thriller centred, with a queer twist. Horror is not typically my cup of tea, but this book was softened enough for me to enjoy. Although not all the tales were excessively queer (which I would have preferred), all the authors featured are in fact queer or 2SLGBT+.

I would likely recommend this book for readers and lovers of thrillers and queer literature, 14+.

This story collection features short stories and poems all with LGBTQ characters and monsters. This was a unique collection but not every story or poem was interesting in my opinion. A few good stories here but be prepared to sift through as most are ok at best.
