The Dr Who jokes were funny. Nice diverse cast. Story doesn't grab though. It seems like it is going to be one of those dying until we get it right things.

I don't know much about the Valiant universe of superheroes, but I figured that a team book was probably a good way to break into it. This was a light, fun read that used the time-travel device in a light, fun way.
